Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Qorpy ERP platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Qorpy provides a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform covering accounting, sales, human resources, payroll, expense management, and inventory. Features available to you depend on the subscription plan associated with your organisation.

We may update, add, or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid plan, we will give reasonable prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Access within your organisation is governed by role-based permissions configured by your administrators. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with the access granted to you.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the billing cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our fees on renewal with reasonable prior notice.

If a payment is not received when due, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.

You retain all rights to the data your organisation submits to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and support the Service.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to violate the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

Support channels and response expectations depend on your plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorpy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required by law or where these terms are breached. On termination, you may export your data within the retention window described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
